As EVP and General Manager at Medecision, a subsidiary of the $32B health insurance provider HCSC, Philip led the development of enterprise-scale platforms, gaining invaluable expertise in building solutions tailored to large organizations’ needs.

Philip spent over a decade with a management consulting firm serving Fortune 500 clients, which was later acquired by EDS. He began his academic journey at the National Institute of Technology in Trichy, India, and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Calgary. He has also completed executive education at Harvard Business School, further enhancing his ability to lead Cotribute with a balance of technical expertise and strategic insight. Abisheg Elijah draws on more than a decade of experience in B2B SaaS to help Cotribute’s clients achieve their business objectives. As a key leader in strategy at both Cerecons and Medecision, Abisheg played a critical role in aligning business goals with customer-focused solutions. His experience in these roles allows him to guide Cotribute’s efforts in delivering products that address the unique needs of financial institutions.

Abisheg also brings expertise gained at EY, where he developed data-driven approaches to solve complex business challenges. Al Powell brings a wealth of experience leading high-performing sales teams across some of the world’s leading organizations, including HP, Dell, and Google. His extensive background in scaling sales organizations, combined with his successful leadership in seven VP Sales roles, gives him a deep understanding of how to effectively communicate value propositions and align business objectives with client needs.

Al works closely with Cotribute’s product teams to ensure the platform’s solutions are designed to meet the evolving needs of financial institutions. He leverages his expertise to help clients derive maximum value from the Cotribute platform by aligning it with their strategic goals.
